Expand/CloseLand at Heraklion airport and drive to Aquarium center of crete, It is going to take 2hours to walk the Aquarium.After visiting this place drive to Agios Nikolaos city, a distance of +55km direction to the east. Spend the night to this beautiful city and walk the narrow roads with traditional Taverns and souvenir shops.
Drive back to Heraklion city and stay in one of Ammoudara area hotels, leave your baggage safe in the accommodation. This area is ideal to drive to Anogeia village and mainly to Psiloritis mountain! Pass through the magnificent tour of Mylopotamos, Axos village, Zoniana cave and end to spend the day in Arkadi monastery.
Drive to Minoan Palace of Knossos, spend minimum 3hours in the palace and after drive to the city center to visit the archaeological museum of Heraklion, the museum of physical history of Crete, the historical museum and the fortress Koules. Walk inside the city roads and why not “Hop on a open bus” to explore the city center beauties!
Drive to Malia antiquities, swim in Malia magnificent bay! Drive east and vsit Elounda village and Spinalonga island opposite, well known as Lepra island or Leprokomy. The day is long and there is plenty of time for a short visit to Kritsa monastery.
Drive to Rethymnon city, visit the old venetian town. The surroundings of the city are very interesting so we suggest you drive to the south of Rethymnon, Plakias, Agia Galini, Agios Pavlos beaches. The beauty of the Southern coast is going to surprise you!
Based in Rethymnon city, start driving West, direction to Kournas lake. The areas are beautiful, with plateaus of grape Vineyards! You are in the wright direction for one more intersting area, visit Vamos area and swim in Almyrida bay
Visit Chania city, drive west to Falassarna beach and have a good meal in kissamos city.
